Terri first visited the Highland Lakes area in the summer of 1989 when she came to spend the weekend in Marble Falls to visit a childhood friend. While Terri was visiting, she met her husband Lonnie, and soon thereafter, she decided to move to Horseshoe Bay where she accepted a job with Lake LBJ Improvement Corporation, a real estate company specializing in land sales. Terri has lived and worked in the Highland Lakes area for 30 years. She and her husband have lived in Horseshoe Bay, Kingsland, and Burnet.
Terri has worked in marketing, sales, management, and training in the healthcare field for the last 15 years including home health, hospice, assisted living, Alzheimer’s Care, a skilled nursing and rehab facility and a major hospital system. Terri earned her bachelors degree in Organizational Communication from St. Edward's University in Austin. She has been interested in pursuing a career in real estate for many years, and through friends and family’s continued encouragement, she made the decision to pursue her passion of becoming a realtor.
While working in healthcare for many years, Terri enjoys being a resource for others. Real estate is an extension for her to use her knowledge of the Highland Lakes to help her clients whether they are buying or selling. She values her friendships with others and relationships have always been important to her. Terri will work hard for her clients and she believes in following the Golden Rule always. Terri and her husband Lonnie currently live in Delaware Springs and have 2 children, a grown son, Garrett, and a teenage daughter, Lynzie.
